Sound Vibrations is a women's ensemble dedicated to singing a cappella music JUST FOR THE FUN OF IT.  Most of the time, we sing music arranged in traditional "barbershop harmony" style, but not exclusively.  The ensemble is self-governing and self-selecting.  Rehearsals are directed by Angel Michaels.  Membership is by invitation.  Members contribute funds to provide music and costumes for the ensemble.

Sound Vibrations perform at local civic events or meetings and at Island Convalescent Center and at The Village at Friday Harbor.  We are available to perform at parties or private ceremonies by request.  We also perform annually on the Barbershop Bonanza show, the first Sunday in June, at the San Juan Community Theatre.

For more information or to visit a rehearsal or request a performance, please use the Contact Us form on this website.
